The Aurelio area sits to the west of the Vatican, and once the Holy City has been crossed, city centre areas such as Piazza del Popolo, Via Del Corso and the Spanish Steps and all its exclusive shopping become easily accessible.
Approximately 30 kilometers from both Rome’s main airports, both now are easily accessible for the set taxi tariffs of €30 (Ciampino) and €40 (Fiumicino) or we can organize an airport pickup if required. Have a look at our interactive map and get road directions from where you are leaving by car
Driving Directions
If you are driving to Rome by Car, we are easily reached as you need not cross the busy city centre with its traffic and one way systems. Simply get onto the Grande Raccordo Anulare (Rome’s Ring Road), take exit number 1 Roma-Aurelia-Civitavecchia-Aurelio and follow signs for the centre (centro). After about 4 km turn left into Piazza San Giovanni Battista de la Salle. At the roundabout take the second exit onto the Circonvallazione Cornelia, then after a further 600 meters turn left onto Via Domenico Tardini, take a right onto Via Francesco Albergotti and the finally right again onto Via Andrea Alciato where you will find the Waldorf Hotel Rome.
